Classes taught by legal 1031
Legal 1031 offers both a basic and an advanced class on IRC §1031 tax deferred
exchanges. The basic course entitled, "A Basic Guide to IRC §1031 Tax Deferred
Exchange," is offered for both 1.5 hours of credit and 3 hours of credit.
Legal 1031 also offers an advanced course entitled; "An Advanced Guide to §1031
Tax Deferred Exchanges," that is offered for both 1.5 and 3 credit hours.
All courses are taught live. It is suggested that participants of the advanced course first complete the basic course.
